Keel Team Real Estate Investments is an investment management company based in Orlando, FL working on a large mobile home park renovation project in Saginaw, MI.

We are seeking a motivated, self-starter that can assist us with project managing a manufactured housing community we recently acquired in Saginaw, MI.

There is a LOT of work to be done to this property including construction management and managing the rehabs/ improvement projects in the park.

We need a reliable and trustworthy individual to assist us with the new projects taking place in these properties.

You will be in charge of sending us photos, videos and hiring new contractors along with holding the accountable to quality work.

Job duties include auditing the work being done by contractors and reviewing the finalized project to ensure it meets expectations.

Approx.

4 hours per day, 5 days per week
1-2 hours on site daily
