Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager for our company will oversee the restaurants management team and associates, and will oversee all daily store level operations. Routine obligations for this position include executing remarkable food service, and operations by managing all dining room, kitchen and catering functions, while directing a motivating your team to provide customer service bringing about genuine smiles from our guests. The General Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the restaurants inventory, managing store financials and performing administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years general management experience for a high volume concept is required for the General Manager

The General Manager must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation

A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the General Manager

The General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the work place and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
