The Customer Engagement organization is an essential part of the Marketing Center of Excellence, supporting the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products line of business.
Customer Engagement develops holistic, integrated and creative marketing plans in offline, digital and direct channels.The Digital Marketing Manager, will oversee campaign management activities for Disney Publishing such as campaign implementation, ongoing optimization, testing, and performance insights reporting with a focus on the 3rd party marketplace retail platforms like Amazon.
You will report to the Manager, Media & Research.Responsibilities : Champion paid marketplace opportunities to strategy and media partnersUse 1st party data to improve campaign performanceIdentify new keywords and improve messagingAudit metrics to ensure data accuracyImplement strategies to increase paid visibility on retail platforms including AmazonManage channel budgets and forecastingDevelop new tactics and a testing road mapPresent data analysis findings and results to partners and leadershipBasic Qualifications : 7+ years of digital advertising experience and success managing paid digital media campaigns (both Amazon and search engine marketing)Inspire and promote enthusiasm and teamworkExperience managing relationships with senior team members, including Strategy, Creative, and Product groupsExperience partnering across teams without direct reporting linesHigh proficiency with Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions)Additional Information : Our Benefits: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
