Brand Manager eCommerce
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Brand Manager eCommerce, are to:
- Be the eCommerce liaison between sales and HQ partners (Brand, Media, Commercial strategy, etc.);
- Create and maintain eCommerce promotional calendars;
- Create eCommerce Playbooks to educate cross functional partners;
- Participate in brand planning as eCommerce expert and eCommerce sales planning as brand expert;
- Optimize assortment and retail readiness via viable offerings u sing tools and platform knowledge to recommend new items or gaps in assortment;
- Decide where to play, including item set-up/ management/ Priority ASINs
- Optimize packaging for profit, sustainability and functionality for eCommerce Channel;
- Secure support and activate demand generation via commerce media platforms;
- Activate Premium Partnership Benefits inclusive of educational series, match media, AIP studies, Offline sales life studies and Betas;
- Activate Search for retail media platforms inclusive of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Strategies, Legal Medical Regulatory (LMR), Brand Stores, retail health, new item launches and external media;
- Activate Display for retail media platforms inclusive of objectives, strategies, creative and LMR;
- Utilize Profit Return on Investment (ROI) model to justify current investment and secure incremental investment;
- Drive discoverability and visibility via optimized consumer experience through content, ratings and reviews, taxonomy, etc.;
- Develope and activate content for new items (Master Item Template and manual distribution);
- Manage content briefs and specialized eCommerce content agencies like One space;
- Deploying the samples (with eCommerce platforms);
- Raise organization/Marketing eCommerce IQ and collaborate with Global to garner support for new capabilities and initiatives;
- Use insights to develop actions inclusive of Monthly Mega Trends report;
- Develop content and present at eCommerce learning series;
- Marketing Specific Projects (20% of time) – to be defined by category.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- At least six years of progressive Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing or Shopper Research experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry;
- Ecommerce industry or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience;
- Teamwork, develop relationships, strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to influence, analytical, problem solving skills and ability to prioritize;
- Customer focus, drives results and manage complexity;
- Courage, drive vision and purpose, manage ambiguity, cultivates innovation and business insights;
- Financial acumen and drive stakeholder engagement.
