Community Solar is a growing industry that provides customers solar energy access without the need for individual solar panels on their homes.

The Outside Sales Manager position is a great opportunity for individuals willing to work hard and take advantage of one of the fastest growing industries in the world while earning a realistic six figure income.

Our Energy Sales Reps are responsible for meeting with homeowners, informing them about the benefits of Community Solar, and closing deals.

This is a face to face, outside residential sales position with opportunity for advancement.

We offer an excellent base compensation, commissions and sales support as well as paid training to ensure that you are fully prepared.

Commission is based on individual sales in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives
  • Achieve individual standards and sales quotas
  • Residential canvassing for the Community Solar Program
  • Inform homeowners about the benefits of solar
  • Effectively utilize electronic tools and applications provided
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
  • Daily reporting and data input

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to be Successful
  • Great Work Ethic
  • Prior outside sales experience required
  • Ability to meet the required daily knocks
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated personality
  • Ability to work autonomously
