We are seeking a highly talented Operations Leader to join our team!.
The Role: Reporting to the COO (to be hired), the Operations Leader will support operations across the business.
This role will liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the company, working closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Sales, Customer Service & Experience, IT, People, and Finance.
You will ensure the company is on track with its Operational Roadmap, creating operational efficiencies to support our year-over-year growth.
The Ops Leaders will also own the day-to-day management externally, partnering with Vendors and 3PL partners to ensure that all service expectations are met..
The Team: The Operations Team works collaboratively to run the business, solving the daily operational issues that arise with Order Management, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Logistics to support the organization in scaling for growth through effective process and systems automation..

How you’ll make an impact:.
Manage the Fulfillment/Supply Chain team of our direct response D2C business, defining, prioritizing, and driving high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives that influence the overall direction for the site..
Partner with internal teams (Marketing and Technology) to assist in product development project management, including purchase order and inventory management, quality control, supplier sourcing, cost analysis, product updates, and internal education to customer-facing roles..
Responsible for the internal department communication flow, including all-hands meeting support, company policy, planning, expectations, owning results of monthly status updates, quarterly planning & review documentation, and annual plan audit..
Create and maintain successful vendor relationships coordinating with 3rd party vendors to align project requirements, resource dependencies, and timelines while maintaining current & compliant policies and tracking for contracts, invoices, orders, forms, and paperwork..
Responsible for company-wide system administration, organization, optimization, and administration that meet the needs of the business, including maintaining current information, audit and billing and invoice approval, usage accounts, set-ups, and troubleshooting,.
Understand how customers shop online… Understanding the customer journey and internal workflow processes to support optimization and facilitate effective metric identification across the business..
Partnering with Data Analytics & Product teams to build out robust reporting and KPIs to monitor initiatives and overall site health, identify opportunities for automation, help manage the product roadmap and tooling needs..
Use data to drive decisions in a business environment to analyze issues and recommend solutions..
Qualifications:.
3+ years in Operations Leadership role with prior experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, and/or Logistics..
Related Industry Experience In Direct Response and Digital Marketing, ECommerce, Health/Wellness, or related fields..
Experience supporting remote teams, preferably in a fast-growth environment..
Bachelor of Business Administration or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant experience preferred..
PMP or previous Project Management Experience, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile SCRUM is a plus!.
