Then we’d really like to have you come meet us at Hines Homes in Central Arkansas. We’re a premiere builder and we need a reliable, personable, and results-oriented Operations Manager to help grow our company. This means that you must be willing to take on responsibilities as needed while also providing critical feedback and key ideas to help us continuously improve.

Below are the core tasks that we envision for this full-time position:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations from the broadest scope by guiding, integrating, and evaluating all departments, their leaders, and their processes
  • Strategize, lead, and provide cadence for the development and implementation of the company vision
  • Prepare for and facilitate company meetings
  • Create and enforce processes to support company standards for quality, budgets, schedules, and more
  • Compile, analyze, and optimize company data

At least 5 years of experience in an executive management position is required, with construction experience preferable. Most importantly, you must fit within our Core Values, which are:

Our other requirements are that you:

  • Have a great attitude
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Provide positive references

And it will help if you:

  • Are familiar with construction management software
  • Have strong leadership qualities and know how to inspire, motivate, and mobilize a team
  • Are very detail-oriented with proven business acumen and can multitask while managing your time effectively
  • Have excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
