The role of Business Transformation Project Manager is critical to the success of the North American Global Wealth business.
This role will be responsible for the ownership and management of several strategic projects to create efficiencies and enhance controls across the business.
The position will partner closely with all parts of the Private Bank including sales teams, business managers, product managers, control partners, and function owners.
The role will serve as the key interface between the Private Banks COO office and our partners across the organization to strengthen our day-to-day operating processes and the platforms we operate on.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand their unique businesses and processes and how they can be streamlined in a way that enhances controls, creates efficiencies, and drives business growth Define business change priorities in conjunction with Client Experience Head and COO Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from problem identification through requirements definition and solution implementation Lead the digitization of key client journeys and business processes Streamline the overall control environment through the re-engineering and automation of preventative controls and monitoring activities Develop KPIs / KRIs and efficient mechanisms for tracking and continuous improvement Collaborate with senior business leaders to create key management presentations for various audiences Design and implement regional communication strategy and governance structure to ensure all stakeholders are involved in and aware of key business change activities (system, process, policy) Create and execute front-office training and educational modules to drive consistency and excellence across all relationship management and support activities Keep abreast of industry news and trends Experience/Education: Bachelors Degree Required MBA or Advanced Degree Preferred 10 years of financial services experience Advanced competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and make decisions Ability to build relationships and partner across a complex organization Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects Ability to influence seniors and stakeholders outside of your span of control Excellent time management, follow-through, and project delivery skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complexity Strategic thinker Strong attention to detail Team player Familiarity with Citi Private Bank and Citi processes is a plus Prior management experience a plus Job Family Group: Project and Program Management Job Family: Project Management Time Type: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
