Indiana University’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), a department within the Division of Student Affairs and integrated within IU’s Health Center is a diverse interdisciplinary team located in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana a welcoming college town surrounded by hills, forests, lakes, biking and hiking trails. There are diverse cultural events, a broad array of food, restaurants, and people from across the country and the world.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for supervising CAPS front desk staff and providing annual performance reviews.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
