Nursing House Supervisor

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Lawrenceburg

Supervises daily staff activities for all departments or function.

Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education
Licenses: Current and active Registered Nursing License in the state of Tennessee is required.
Bachelor’s degree Preferred

Certifications:
X Basic Life Support (BLS) X Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) X Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) X Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
