Eye Physicians & Surgeons PC is seeking a Director for their surgical center.
Responsibilities: Manage a team of scrub techs and nurses;hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews and evaluations; work in tandem with Practice Administrator on administratrive issues; handle appropriate credentialing for surgery center Docgtors and staff; liaison for AAAAHS surveys and accreditation of the surgery center.
Requirements: RN designation with active nursing license; 3 years of nurse management experience in an OR setting
This position is for 3 days per week. Our surgery center is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We offer excellent benefits.
