Nightclub Manager

JOB TITLE:  Club Attendant                           

DIVISION:  Club Solitude

REPORTS TO:  Club Solitude Manager        

LOCATION: Club Solitude/Eagle Springs East

CLASSIFICATION: Full or Part Time/Seasonal

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Club Attendant greets and assists all lodging guests and owners while monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the different club areas. This position maintains a professional attitude and appearance providing the best customer service possible.

• Physical requirements may include standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this position include close and distance vision; color and depth perception
• Able to work with and around chemicals, i.e. chlorine and acid
• Effective conflict management and decision-making skills
• Ability to use a variety of computer applications

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet, assist and respond to the requests of all guests and owners
• Maintain control and safety of Club Solitude by following all SVMA rules, policies and procedures
• Monitor cleanliness and safety at all times
• Test the chemical levels in the swimming pool and hot tub using a color chart
• Work with maintenance department to fill chemicals in swimming pool or hot tub if needed
• Replace and encode owner and employee Ving keys as needed
• Issue temporary key cards for real estate following SVMA Ving key policy and Procedure
