Join our team!SUMMARYThe Warehouse Manager controls the flow of incoming and outgoing equipment to internal and external customers while achieving cost, schedule and quality objectives.
This position is responsible for tactical planning and coordination of inventories and distribution operations using knowledge of six sigma, lean methodology, supply chain strategy and warehouse distribution science.RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, schedule, prioritize, allocate, assign and regulate shipments to meet specific project requirementsAudit and provide regular analysis of all equipment inventory levels, turns and agingEstablish practices and protocols for warehouse process improvement, procedure documentation and EH& S monitoringSupport overhaul efforts of the company’s supply chain for:Quicker and more efficient purchasing processReal time inventory management and controlsUpdate ERP with inventory records (warehouse & sites)Maintainlogs of receipts and shipments to/from warehousesReport inventory movement between warehouses and projectsCommunication and handling of damaged & excess inventoryQUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and a team player.
Key qualifications as follows:High School degree/GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering or other relevant field preferred4-5years of warehouse experienceAnalytical and reporting capabilitiesThrive in a fast-paced environment and seek consistent improvementsUnderstand relationships are key and have strong interpersonal skillsDriver’s license and forklift certificationAbility to travel up to 50% of the time visiting warehouses, jobsites, and suppliers locallyIf you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, but see yourself contributing, please submit an application.
