NEVADA REAL ESTATE LICENSE

PROPERTY MANAGER PERMIT

Take on a variety of different tasks in this role, from arranging for maintenance to meeting with tenants to having them sign lease agreements.

You are also in charge of the mitigation of any tenant issues.

You are responsible for the success of our various properties, and you need to be able to travel around the region to inspect them for compliance issues.

Our ideal candidate has several years of property management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Travel to all of our properties for inspections
Arrange for maintenance repairs as needed
Meet with potential tenants
Help mitigate tenant issues
Manage the budget for maintenance and services
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field
Several years of property management experience
Budget management and vendor management experience
Experience with ENTRADA and similar software
Communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00
– $90,000.00 per year
