Location: DenverType of Hire: Direct HireCompensation: Commensurate with experiencePOSITION SUMMARYWe are currently seeking an individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, and with a mechanical aptitude.

This individual should have extensive knowledge in the construction industry and the aptitude to evaluate and assess construction applications.PROJECT DESCRIPTION1.

Review CPM schedules from general contractors and format into job specific schedule for field foreman.2.

Meet with General Contractor on sit e and review job requirements and schedules.3.

Field measure jobs if required or assist field manager as necessary.4.

Review shop drawings with draftsman and revise as necessary prior to submittal to G.C.5.

Contact G.C.

concerning shop drawing approvals to allow for ordering of material to maintain G.C.

schedules.6.

Review manpower requirements with field foreman on a weekly basis7.

Review job schedules with field foreman on a weekly basis8.

Order panel materials and related flashing from panel suppliers9.

Order flashings that are required from local suppliers10.

Distribute final shop drawings to field foreman11.

Review job with field foreman and jobsite foreman prior to on site start date12.

Review with field foreman all equipment requirements for projects13.

Supply to field foreman a list of all local purchase items required for a project, i.E.

anchors, caulking, etc.14.

Maintain communication with G.C.

during duration of the project installation to keep them informed of any problems or discrepancies.15.

Monitor field man-hours for installation of materials on projects and furnish this information to estimating and the field foreman.16.

Review results of each project when complete with field foreman.

This will allow estimating and project management the ability to make changes to improve future projects.17.

Review scope of work per project with estimator and field foreman.18.

Visit jobsites as necessary to resolve problems on site with foreman and G.C.19.

Evaluate material, freight quotes based on actual quantities and attempt to buyout with savings.20.

Review jobsite conditions regarding the following:Substrate conditions to meet our panel system tolerancesAccess to work areaJobsite readiness for panel installation21.

Notify G.C.

in writing of any unacceptable conditions that must be remedied prior to our field crews mobilizing and beginning installation.22.

Review with the estimator and submit any change order pricing.23.

Authorize invoices for payment on a weekly basis with job code.24.

Review material, equipment and laborREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent.Project management experienceCombination of technical training, knowledge & experience in the construction fieldWorking knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings and specificationsConstruction management knowledge and experience to include scheduling, accounting, building materials, standards and codesThoroughly understands construction documentsExperience working with AutoCadAdvanced technological proficiency including strong Microsoft Excel and Project skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectationsCapable of handling a dynamic, fast paced workload of multiple projects at the same time with minimum supervision.Must have a valid driver license with good DMV recordDESIRED QUALITIESB.S.
