Responsible for driving the overall execution of all marketing and operational efforts.
The position is responsible for tournament and event administration, arena event ticketing distribution, review of marketing collateral, decisions based on historical gaming and support of the Casino Host team.
It is also a key function of this role to provide support to corporate‐wide Slot Marketing initiatives such as cross‐property/cross‐regional event marketing, collaboration with counterparts to establish best practices and efficiencies.
All duties are performed in accordance to company policies and procedures.
Review and submit changes for marketing collateral.
Ensure the approval chain for marketing collateral is followed accurately and timely.Works closely with National Marketing management to design, implement and evaluate marketing programs, host productivity, event P& L’s, and M life Rewards initiatives and promotions.Works with Direct Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and establish direct mail and email criteria specific to each campaign.Make approval decisions for event participation and tickets based on historical gaming.Prepare rules and/or procedures for tournaments, giveaways and drawings and ensure affected departments receive such information.Assist with all tournament administration which includes: creating tournament databases, charging entry fees, report execution, scoring, record keeping, host lists, session time assignments, guest interactions, hardware/software checks, credential prep, collateral approvals, and overseeing the tournament team.Oversee/conduct promotional drawings, which may include speaking on a microphone on stage or in a crowd.Follow and ensure all Gaming MICS are adhered to for all events, tournaments and giveaways.
Including taxable paperwork.Develop fact sheets, memos and informational content for Slot Marketing initiatives, such as slot tournaments, host events, seasonal and targeted marketing campaigns and ensure supporting departments are up to date on current initiatives.Provide support to host team by explaining procedures/systems and sourcing solutions for obstacles encountered.Collaborate with M life Rewards Desk in day‐to‐day operations and support of company‐wide initiatives.Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports based on business needs.Answer financial and comparative performance questions pertaining to Slot Marketing events and initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience.Two (2) years of prior relevant experienceEffectively communicate in English, in both written and oral formsAbility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
PREFERRED: Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary languagePrevious experience working in a similar resort setting
