Data Operations Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, data stewards and operations teams across various application and business domains to perform duties necessary to maintain the integrity of customer records and data associated with the Individual Book of Record (IBOR), according to established procedures and guidelines.
Responsible for the development and management of a clearly defined Operational Model, inclusive of Intake Management, Business Production Support (root cause analysis, driving issue to resolution, prioritization & escalations), Enhancements, and Quality Controls and Reporting (audits) Data Management Responsible for maintaining and communicating metrics to gauge the health and quality of the enterprise asset through proactive data monitoring.
Uses professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders of known issues and plan for remediation in a timeline that meets business expectations.
Recognized internally as a subject matter expert on Customer Data Domain Data Data Capabilities Lead execution of standard processes for operations to meet business expectations.
Document standard processes and measure performance against SLAs.
Propose new capabilities to optimize current processes and deploy best practices.
Participate in User Acceptance testing of new capabilities, migration to new technologies, and release management processes Qualifications 8 years of experience with data operations management required 5 years of experience with people management required 5 years of experience in a large, diverse data management organization 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, working with Healthcare Customer Solutions highly desired Experience optimizing or re-engineering processes highly desired Strong communications skills; written, verbal and presentation highly desired Proven track record of driving change and teaching/motivating individuals to develop & implement new ways of thinking and doing business preferred Experience with data analysis and data analysis tools/SQL preferred Experience with data catalog and data governance tools preferred Experience with project management methodologies; Agile preferred Experience with Agile Central (Rally, Jira) or comparable agile management tools preferred
