Casts a positive shadow as a leader; by consistently demonstrating and advocating our values.Coaches and Develops for Success 50% Deliberate presence on distribution floor to build operational awareness and associate relationships Recognizes associates direct feedback and recognition programs Conducts method observations for all associates Coaches associates to maximize performance using established coaching methods, focusing on behaviors and results that drive learning andperformance Follows-up with associates to assess progress on action plans and determine next steps Conducts Monthly Performance Reviews with each associate Administers and manages the corrective action process when necessarySuccessfully Drives Objectives 20% Manages and drives business objectives; develops and executes to achieve results, remains agile to adapt to change.

Develops and implements the appropriate labor plan based on forecasted units and hours Monitors Warehouse Management (WM) system and associated outputs; handles related issues Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to departmental changes/issues Ensures problems are solved within scope; elevates issues that require additional authority or support Continuously seeks to improve systems, processes and method-Identifies opportunities for innovationFosters an Open Culture where Associates are Connected and Our Values are Displayed 20% Devotes focused time and energy to establishing and maintaining relationships with associates Connects with each associate daily; sustains a high level of visibility and approachability Enables an energizing and fun culture by showing appreciation, recognition and positive reinforcementCompletes the Essential Administrative Tasks 10%-Generates, reviews, validates and actions reports including Labor Management (LM), Kronos, departmental productivity/accuracy, safety and other reports-Prepares and attends weekly meetingsQualificationsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

2-3 years of distribution or management experience.
