Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Meet with service/product teams to understand goals, opportunities and core audiences
Develop marketing plan and, working with internal and external teams, manage execution of both B2B and B2C campaigns, tactics and programs to drive our next stage growth
Create briefs that outline audience focus, KPIs, messaging, tactics and budgets
Manage marketing projects throughout their life cycle, ensuring they stay on schedule and launch on time
Maintain strong communication among team members and vendors, ensuring each understands their role and is continually updated on progress or concerns
Work with vendors and data teams to compile reporting on marketing campaigns, and ensure service/product owners understand results and next steps
Assist in managing deliverables for key marketing partnerships, such as the National Senior Games Association and Argentum
Continually audit competitive landscape and seek new ways to engage prospects and support our sales team
Requirements
5+ years marketing experience
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, building and managing national marketing programs and deep expertise with digital marketing
Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
