If you answered yes, we a career opportunity for you! Legacy’s Supply Chain Service is seeking a Marketing Manager located in our Reno, NV regional office. 

Legacy’s Marketing & Strategy group is responsible for our brand, corporate strategy, marketing and communications, business development support, and sales process management.

aka Pretty much anything that helps us to connect with our People, and our current & future Customers… We are looking for an energetic, innovative leader with strong executional capability to drive programs, initiatives, and projects to support Legacy’s aggressive growth strategy.

The position reports into the Director of Marketing & Strategy and involves indirect management of Legacy staff as well as direct management of 3rd party marketing support agencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Manage day-to-day marketing programs including but not limited to: inbound marketing, digital marketing, SEM & SEO, lead generation, email & other direct marketing, social media, sales support campaigns, and thought leadership content creation
Support internal and external communications initiatives
Manage workload of marketing agencies & vendors
Create and manage Key Performance Indicator visibility for Marketing Director and required company stakeholders
Support strategic initiatives from Marketing & Strategy, Sales, and company Business Units
Continuously improve, innovate, and identify new opportunities to enhance company marketing & business development programs

TECHNOLOGY AND OFFICE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office suite – with heavy focus on Excel & Powerpoint
Ability to develop reports, dashboards and presentations to support Marketing Leader & departmental needs
Working and functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud platforms, or parallel knowledge in similar CRM and ESP platforms
Working knowledge of social media platforms
Working knowledge in Data analytics & Business intelligence platform is preferred

EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
We are looking for a leader who will own their responsibilities
BS or BA degree required.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Marketing or related role – some experience in a marketing or digital media agency is preferred
Experienced and well-versed in digital marketing, inbound marketing, and lead & demand generation
Execution of programs with measured results is critical – you have to love data
Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Ability to manage tactical and strategic elements of on-going marketing programs
Ability to manage tactical and strategic elements of on-going marketing programs
Strong analytical skills
– ability to take complex data & intel and distill into actionable information
Ability to lead projects and project resources
Ability to identify new opportunities to improve, or innovate upon existing marketing programs
Willing to collaborate in a team environment, adapt to the changing needs of the organization, and provide support as workloads fluctuate.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a proven history of effective relationship building, and the ability to work well with all levels within the organization
Desire and willingness to learn
Excellent judgment, problem solving skills, and decision making
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
