Marketing Manager

Cyclonaire is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of our products and services. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values. Essential Functions of this position include developing and managing the advertising strategy across all digital and print media sources and managing the advertising budget. Developing new collateral and maintaining sales line sheets, equipment selection documents, master sales brochures and pricing guides. Develop and manage the marketing content on social media platforms supporting our business sectors and outside sales rep teams. Competencies: : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and organization skills and attention to detail are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. The ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets is required. A thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, or related software. Education / Experience: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required. A minimum of three years experience in a related field is desired. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at time. Work Environment: Clean and climate-controlled office environment in a manufacturing facility. Travel Requirements: Travel may be required 5-10% of the time. Must have a valid drivers license and a driving record that permits the use of company automobiles.Safety: Safety shoes (steel or composite toe), safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other forms of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in designated areas.Other Duties: Safe work performance is always required from each employee. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe manner in accordance with applicable Health and Safety Manuals.
