TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Marketing Lead who will support the internal TriHealth Service Lines and local partnerships for our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In this role, you will
- Meet quarterly meetings with service lines to establish marketing goals
- Manage local activations and advise regarding competitive opportunities
- Coordinate with the Research team to develop market analysis and market research and obtains competitor, consumer, and physician intel to develop effective marketing plans; setting goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met
- Monitor patient volume, market share, online engagement, and brand preference metrics; implements tracking mechanisms on marketing initiatives to show success and reconcile Return on Investment (ROI)
- Collaborate with Digital Strategy team assuring best practices and implementing effective online and social media strategies to drive volume and engagement
- Responsible for monitoring, tracking, assisting, and providing routine updates on trends that impact overall business strategies
- Evaluate and demonstrate the business impact of digital programs through reports and dashboards including demand, qualified leads, conversions, and other relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quantify initiatives and goals and demonstrate progress and successes of marketing efforts through the use of detailed ROI reports, value tracking, and digital analytics
- Provide data reports and feedback for leadership to keep them abreast of progress and business value of marketing efforts
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure the service lines are properly represented
- Work with digital teams to ensure search terms are aligned and site pages represent the business
- Provide content strategy recommendations based on information through content analysis, site audits, competitive assessments, focus group testing, and metrics
- Manages local media partnerships
To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing required
- EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years of experience in one or more of the following: communication, marketing, employee communication, physician communication, healthcare, healthcare project management, social media
- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
- The ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions
- Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain high level of knowledge of TriHealth’s hospital and clinical services
