Overview

Aegis of Marymoor has an immediate need for a Marketing Director!
Aegis Living has expansion plans to double in size within the next 10 years!
We have 34 Communities across WA, CA and NV and 7+ in development in the Greater Seattle & Northern California areas.
In turn, we are in search of Marketing Directors who can approach sales in our communities with skill, finesse, and pride.
We offer luxury Assisted Living and memory care in communities that are designed to celebrate life and provide loving care for our residents.
As a Sales/Marketing Director, you are responsible for sales, tours, outreach, and marketing of a community that delivers premium choices, sophisticated style, and well-crafted details.
With your people skills and sales ability, together we will make a difference in the lives of others on a daily basis.
Aegis Living is also on the cutting edge of safety and health during this global pandemic.
Less than 4% of our residents and staff have been impacted by COVID-19 across all of our communities and we work every day to create innovative ways for our residents to safely engage in activities and connect with their family during these challenging times, especially as we may start to see more of the Delta variant across our state.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Director, your contributions to the team may include:
- Implement and coordinate all property sales related activities
- Develop and implement community events to increase awareness of the property.Â
- Conduct outreach to the local area to prospective Residents, Resident Family Members and Community Leadership.
- Build referral partner relationships to include local Physicians, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Community Leaders.Â
- Deliver service excellence throughout each perspective customer experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a team player that enjoys challenges, is professional, upbeat, and encourages others to succeed.Â
- 5+ years outside sales experience required
- Experience working in a service related industry desired, experience working in hospitality or health care sales experience is a plus.
- Must have the ability to travel locally to attend functions, network within the community, create and implement events.
- 4 year Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University preferred.Â
As a Sales/Marketing Director you will receive 5 weeks of training, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.
Your training will take place at our Home Office in Bellevue and you will be assigned a community during that time.
