We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to join our team of dynamic marketers.

The Brink’s Company is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to assist in the development of and execution of our digital marketing and website strategies.

This position will be responsible for implementing global digital marketing strategies, as well as working with field marketing teams on bespoke needs across different markets.

This position also oversees the management of our global websites and social media accounts, including supervising our web and content teams that handle the implementation, management, and governance of the brinks.com site across all markets and brands.

The individual in this position will manage a team and work closely with field marketers to target localized needs, while maintaining global consistency to drive our web strategies forward.

The ideal candidate will have experience and background in search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing (SMM).

The individual selected will need to have strong collaboration and organization skills to lead cross-functional teams and deliver effective strategies and results.

Position Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the development of our digital marketing, website, and content strategies, and then leading our associated teams and field marketers in the implementation and execution of those strategies.

Staying on budget, managing marketing attribution, and tracking return on investment (ROI) are essential elements.

  • Plans and manages web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Manages our social media presence and implementation.
  • Oversees global content creation and implementation.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred, but not required)
  • Management experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing websites, landing pages, and user funnels
  • Experience with website CMS platforms
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pardot and Salesforce experience
  • Working knowledge of design, UX, and UI principles
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development

Professional Skills

  • People and time management skills (i.e., team player)
  • Strong public speaker capable of presenting information to senior staff
  • Ability to plan and forecast needs, while maintaining ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Prioritization and delegation, as necessary
  • Self-starter and reliability; ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
