About The ROLE
The Savings Group has an opening for a full-time Marketing Automation Manager. As the Marketing Automation Manager your task is to support the ongoing maintenance and execution of automated marketing communication flows including email, SMS and other communications channels. This person will be data-driven, organized and eager to improve the start-to-finish refinance experience for The Saving Group and its subsidiaries: AUTOPAY and RateGenius.
About The RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize automated journeys and campaigns to create the ideal customer experience
- Design and update email templates, SMS messages and push notifications to create personalized and dynamic content
- Manage journeys across multiple brands and for partners of The Savings Group
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create consistent and unified communications
- Segment audiences to ensure customers receive the proper communications at the right time
- Perform A/B testing to continually improve existing campaigns
- Monitor activity streams to ensure communication flows are running properly
- Track and report on performance for all customer-facing communications.
About The REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or related field experience
- Technical knowledge and experience of marketing automation platforms
- At least 3 years of experience of marketing automation platforms
- Proficient with HTML/CSS
- Experience with agile systems & scrum methodology
- Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in journey mapping, data analysis, and KPI measurement
- In-depth understanding of the relationship between Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Activities
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to see the “big picture”
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new marketing tools quickly
- Dedicated work from home space that is free from distractions (CANDIDATES CANNOT LIVE IN CA, NY, NJ, WA, DC, OR, IL and MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES)
