The Diversified Business Group is a solutions-oriented business unit within the Company that will support Anthem and other external clients in the pursuit of transforming healthcare.

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for managing the communications strategy for large strategic groups. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: manages marketing communications and marketing material production. 

• Defines and establishes appropriate communication strategies and timelines to support corporate and operational initiatives. 
• Develops materials, and develops communications. 
• Creates and maintains departmental communication projects and materials, and assists in production and distribution. 
• Explores and implements additional ways to promote additional programs. 
• Manages the account website, training, and communications to the account and the operations and implementation team. 
• Trains service operations and internal clients on policy changes through training materials, hands-on training, and ongoing updates

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Prior experience in communications and marketing in a health care environment preferred.
