About the Markets team: Underlying our online platform is a dynamic marketplace between our buyers and their suppliers.

The Markets team is responsible for coordinating the innerworkings of these markets and ensuring their overall success.

Within the team are two specializations, Market Operations Specialists focus on daily technical processes and settings while Market Performance Managers focus on turning insights into actions.

About the Market Performance Manager: Market Performance Managers are domain experts who deeply understand the key drivers of our markets.

Their first responsibility is the day-to-day execution of pricing strategies through optimized settings and collaboration with our sales team on marketplace transactions.

They are also relied on to monitor and guide the overall strategy for our clients, heavily collaborating with the relationship management team.

We are looking for an experienced financial professional who has a proven track record of organizing large amounts of information, distilling the key trends, and designing strategies to drive change.

You’ll need to be comfortable working with limited direction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in your assigned markets.

You’ll also be a valuable contributor to a strong team that emphasizes education, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Essential Duties: Actively manage daily markets to optimize performance Collaborate with the Relationship Management teams on the design and execution of broader strategies Create internal and external reporting to summarize performance and highlight areas of improvement Help design analytic models to proactively identify changes in performance Perform in-depth ad-hoc analysis Participate in client reviews lead by the Account Management team Collaborate with the product team on how the design and implementation of new features will affect performance Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, or similar field of study with 4 years of overall experience Analytical skills, advanced MS Excel (SQL experience highly preferred).

Knowledge and understanding of financial operating metrics, short term cash management investment vehicles, and working capital best practices.

Business acumen, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Management level of large corporates.

Preferred Qualifications: Worked in banking, consulting, treasury, or corporate finance and have interest in being part of a disruptive fintech company.

Strong affinity to fintech and solving the challenges surrounding working capital Strong communicator with direct experience working with the C-Suite/Senior Ability to learn and absorb new products/processes quickly and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands Aptitude for qualitative and quantitative data analysis and an acumen for financial management concepts, especially as it relates to supply chain finance and financial accounting.
