The HR Employee Relations Partner (ERP) provides Employee Relations support to hospital staff and leaders.

This role performs HR-related duties on a professional level and carries out responsibilities primarily in employee relations; however shares responsibility for department regulatory and risk functions as well.

This role will operate under the guidance of a local Human Resource Operations Partner but often works independently to assist leaders and assure objectivity and fairness for employees while supporting the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company.

This role will support and monitor implementation of company initiatives, policies and procedures, and assure compliance and consistency across the hospital system.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent related work experience required

Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.General Office duties (phones, filing, organizational work).

Computer work (must have experience with word, excel, and power point.

Customer Service (must have the ability to multi-task and help people to locate the appropriate resource for their needs.

Certifications: PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Minimum Work Experience: Two (2) years of Employee Relations experience peferred
