Marken’s dedicated 1,500 staff members manage 100,000 drug product and biological sample shipments every month at all temperature ranges in more than 220 countries.*Main Purpose: *Responsible to ensure timely availability of ancillary supplies, on-point inventory management and the distribution of the requested supplies tp depots, customer affiliates, and/or investigator sites globally.

This includes collaborating with customers and internal resources to define requirements, develop plans and timelines, and coordinating and executing project activities.*Main Duties and Responsibilities: ** Set up of global operational structure including Sourcing, Procurement and the operational teams to support the fast growing demand related to Ancillary supply services.* Ensure that capabilities are available to meet client and service demands.* Represent the team in in front of the client and peers.* Report, analyze and present KPIs and on-time reports internally and externally.* Close cooperation with Kit Production teams globally to ensure Ancillary and Kit Production resources are utilized in the best potential way and client orders are fulfilled on time.*Operations: ** Ensure work processes comply with safety and regulatory requirements.* Ensure operational processes are in accordance with QMS and SOPs as applicable.* Responsible for recruitment and training procedures.* Implement continuous improvements when problems / gaps are identified.*Services: ** Grow the business by supporting the management and commercial teams.* Assure client expectations are met and exceeded.* Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.*Requirements: ** Bachelor’s degree in relevant field* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a GCP / GMP environment* Line Management experience* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Good interpersonal skills* Organized, methodical and efficient approach to work* Proficient use of Microsoft applications* Fluent in English* GCP / GMP guidelines* Clinical trial supplies* General logistic processes (IATA)*EEO & VETERAN Employer*Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* What are your salary expectations?Education:* Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location:* Fully RemoteCompany’s website:* https://www.Marken.Com/Benefit Conditions:* Only full-time employees eligibleCOVID-19 Precaution(s):* Personal protective equipment provided or required* Temperature screenings* Social distancing guidelines in place* Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in placeWork Location: Remote
