Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a candidate experienced with KPIs and quality standard to meet the requirements of the customer. He/ She will be also responsible for the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely.

Job Duties:

•         Follow 5S practice

•         Meet day to day target and responsibilities

•         Prepare line set-up for shifts including first piece buyoffs

•         Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success

•         Review, implement and update company records

Required:

•         Proficient in English

•         Proficient in MS Office

•         GCSE Level A-C, IVQ Technician certificate, BTec first certificate or equivalent NVQ level 2 qualification

•         Lean manufacturing techniques and recognized QC tools

•         ISO14001 and responsibilities

Experience:

•         Assembly Team Leader/Process Lead – 3years

Education:

High School/GED
