Managing Consultant – ServiceNow (Remote)

This is a Full-time position in Denver, CO posted October 18, 2021.

The Managing Consultant provides Delivery Oversight as well as People and Organizational Management.

This position is a management and consulting role that requires being the operational leader as well as a billable consultant.  A Managing Consultant will have a thorough understanding of the Crossfuze project Delivery methodology and will enhance and enforce this methodology by creating and maintaining best practices for services delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
Support senior leadership team as a strategist, consultant, communicator, and implementer Leverage connections with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing to proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities Make critical business decisions to address customer expectations and ensure satisfaction Drive consensus around project resourcing by ensuring resources are appropriately assigned work based on capabilities, capacity, and career development goals Guide and coach staff to grow their capabilities to deliver scoped work efficiently and effectively Responsible for measuring individual and team performance against Crossfuze business objectives Ensure continued career growth for team members is being met through the use of an annual Individual Professional Development plan Work with HR to help recruit, interview and onboard new employees Ensuring CSAT level are at or above target Measure individual and team billable utilization on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Measure Revenue, Cost and Margin of the business unit Participate in pre-sales activities as needed Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant conferences and training Other duties as assigned
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry required 5+ years of experience working as a team lead, senior level engineer or manager on a Professional Services team Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience leading project teams that help clients solve their most complex business problems through creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions Strong pre-sales and ITSM experience required (tool or business process) Ability to motivate and direct staff members and subordinates Strong customer service orientation Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
