Manager – Sales Reporting

This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted March 12, 2021.

TheManager, Sales Reportingwillserve as a subject matter expert inSalesForceand willensure the pipeline is up to date and work with Sales and Account leaders to ensure reporting is correct.

This individual will be a reporting master and will beadeptin developing and manipulating reportsin order toprovide the most insightful and relevant datais highlighted. Responsibilities: Maintain integrity of data inSalesForceand ensure Sales and Account teams are capturing pursuitsconsistently and in a standardized method.

Ensure pipeline is up to date and reporting is accurate and relays the full picture Create standardized scheduled reports anddetermine appropriate circulation Develop ad hoc reports to address specific business requests and supportsales team on their reporting needs Advise onstrudcuteofSalesForceand create anenvironment that best suits business needs.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (B.A.

or B.S.);BA, JD or other relevant advanced degree preferred 5+ yearsof sales operations andsupport with a keen understanding of the importance of various metrics andthe impact to business model and process ExpertSalesForceadministrator skills Extensive experience assessing sales effectiveness and bottom line impacts Highly analytical with the ability totranslate complex requests into actionable results.

Strong appetite and aptitude for performance and excellent self-management are required.

Dynamic, persuasive presence with outstanding communication skills and ability to drive outcomes across levels and teams Strong problem-solving skills and skilled at working effectively with matrixed, cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Big-picture, Team-oriented, enterprise-focused mindset.
