Job Description Summary:
PayPal is seeking a data-driven, and hard-working revenue operations analyst to join the Revenue Operations & Enablement organization, supporting the Global Professional Services (GPS) organization.
The Global Professional Services organization is composed of 650+ teammates helping design, integrate, and service elegant payment solutions for merchants including PayPal’s newest products like Credit Buy Now Pay Later, In-Store payments, Risk Prevention tools, and PayPal Shopping.
The Revenue Operations & Enablement team is focused on optimizing internal operations, improving client acquisition, empowering client delight & establishing a company culture focused on driving revenue.
We aim to make our partner organizations more effective and efficient by simplifying and continuously improving our end-to-end sales and revenue generation processes, driving performance through adoption of best practices, and becoming trusted business partners to our leaders.
The person who fills this role will collaborate with GPS leadership and other partner organizations (Product, Analytics, Data Sciences, Technology) to deliver insights and structure programs/projects that help make our teammates more efficient and enable our customers to go live quicker.
You will thrive in this role if you are highly analytical with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize with little to no guidance.
Job Description:
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
Be the program l ead for strategic & complex projects that help drive efficiency and effectiveness , particularly end-to-end cycle time improvements
Communicate to leadership on a regular basis the pursued strategy, overall status, and any risks of the program
Bring analytics & insights to the team that help influence business behaviors and decisions
Optimize usage , accuracy and effectiveness of business tools ( incl.
CRM ) used by our teammates
Quickly learn, understand and clearly document current processes, interactions & dependencies
Work with applicable teams to design streamlined & automated processes
Manage various stakeholders across the organization & become a trusted partner to senior leaders
Over time, o wn support for a segment of the business & assist the leader(s) in strategy, deal acceleration, operational effectiveness & other day to day support
Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements that unlock productivity & accelerate revenue
Design, create & enable best practices to the field and monitor them for adoption & effectiveness
Work closely with Sales, CSM and other cross functional partners essential in the customer onboarding & go-live processes
Candidate profile:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in business , mathematics, statistics or related field, MBA or masters degree preferred
10 + years of experience leading transformational projects or experience in sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, process, or a similar role (business operations, finance, etc )
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, consulting, sales or professional services preferred
Experience using technology & automation to solve problems
Experience working in a start-up, all hands on deck culture
Working knowledge of Salesforce & products, Tableau, Microsoft Office mandatory
Technical knowledge in SQL, SOQL or JSON a bonus
Experience in leading enterprise-wide process improvements using Lean Six Sigma techniques is a huge plus
