Manager, Qlik Development

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Qlik Development to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities: Manage multiple development projects, working closely with IT and business management to identify and translate complex business requirements into architectural design Provide technical consulting and leadership, identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies that assist the functional business units in meeting their strategic objectives Manage relationship with clients, ensuring high standards and quality of technical solutions, keeping abreast of latest technology developments Own technical change management, source code and technical documentation, utilizing best practices Define, develop, and implement Qlikview/Sense dashboards and reports while participating in design reviews of prototypes that align with business segments Perform software construction, unit testing and debugging; software construction may include the preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions Qualifications: Minimum five years’ experience as primary project lead on medium to large size application development projects Bachelor degree from an accredited college/university Experience with QlikView Latest Versions (11, 12) and Qlik Sense, SQL database development and writing advanced SQL queries Strong knowledge with using set analysis and set expressions, creating data load scripts in data load editor to develop in Qlik Sense Experience with state of the art development tools, structured and object oriented methodologies; proficiency in the applicable technology Extensive experience in application development, integration and support including leadership roles as a Developer and/or a Project Manager including responsibility for other developers (both onshore and offshore), interfacing with clients and vendors, creation of project schedules and project
