The DS IT Delivery Owner will manage a team of PM/BA’s to ensure working practices in relation to the design, build and test of client solutions is carried out to a high standard.

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in working on project deliveries
- Ability to define and articulate team and individual goals
- Ability to hire and develop staff
- Able to leverage talent through multiple sourcing options with specific skills in offshore development
- Ability to determine when and how to modify and re-set plans based on newly gained information; ability to iterate through options and set a revised course
- Proven ability to identify technology problems and effective solutions
- Proven experience ensuring compliance to business requirements
- Ability to manage portfolio of concurrent projects delivering business outcomes on-time & on-budget.
- Key skills include: capacity management, project planning, risk management, outcome focused execution etc.
- Good problem solving skills to identify root cause
- Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Higher education or equivalent business experience, preferably in IT, mathematics, business related discipline, or an equivalent educational and work experience, with typically up to 7+ years of project management experience.
What We’d Love to See:
- Experience of working within financial service industry or IT industry, within a team delivering software to clients
- In depth knowledge of credit bureau and data products
- Agile certification
- Project Management certification or studies
- Continuous Improvements certification such as Lean Six Sigma
Impact You’ll Make:
- Lead the definition of the DS IT US project management and delivery process.
- Define the Key performance indicators inside the delivery process.
- Accountable for in-region Decision Services initiatives ensuring efforts complete on time and on budget where efforts may include new products & features, platform enhancements, compliance changes, technology refresh and urgency in solving real time customer issues etc.
- Create and manage capacity planning, participates in decision making on work prioritization to facilitate the demand management process.
Plan resource to support roadmap.

Sys Build, Platform Build, etc.
- Champion a Continuous Improvement mindset; identify Key Performance Indicators to highlight inefficiencies and be able to demonstrate and quantify improvements
- Evaluate training and development needs of the PM/PO team
- Manage risks inside the Initiatives
- Oversee Solutions activity across initiatives, ensuring best practice and quality standards are adhered to
- Co-ordinate with Product Teams to be up to date with their roadmap
- Line managing a team of PM/BAs; striving for an engaged and motivated team
- Facilitate effective collaboration between internal TU Teams and the DS IT team.
- Drive efficiencies across the team, monitoring progress to increase predictability and early detection and mitigation of risks
- Resource allocation and forecasting to ensure projects are sufficiently resourced
- Working with PM/BAs to optimize budget expenditure on Solutions activity, working within defined budgets, deliverables and timeframes
- Support initiative activities when required by the team members in order to overcome stoppers.
- Work with Dev Lead, QA Lead and Solution Architect in order to improve the execution and improvement of any of the above activities.
