Youll foster and grow close, productive, and mutually-beneficial relationships with our largest global HR technology partners, managing and influencing partner interactions, overseeing partner deal implementation, and collaborating with these platforms to find ways to continuously improve and grow our partnerships and integrations on behalf of employers and job seekers.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate expertise in project-managing and influencing the quality and compliance of partner integrations.
Establish and manage project and client enablement plans through to successful launch.
• Use interpersonal skills and knowledge of partner platforms, products, and organizations to build strong, lasting relationships with partners.
Actively connect other touchpoints between Indeed and partner organizations.
• Create, maintain, and drive compliance using time-tested partner communication and collaboration mechanisms, processes and routines that ensure effective two-way communication, eliminate confusion and error, and facilitate swift escalations and issue resolution when necessary.
• Establish, track and collaborate with partners on achieving shared success metrics for integrations, developing strategies that drive Indeed business goals.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with partner and Indeed leaders, identifying areas for improvement.
• Understand the HR technology landscape both globally and locally, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert across a spectrum of employer platforms.
Develop a deep understanding of key platforms business models, goals and challenges.
• Use client, platform and market data to influence partner product, business, and technical leadership to adopt new Indeed product integrations in support of OKRs. Analyze data with spreadsheet software (i.e.
vlookups and pivot tables) and database query experience (e.g.
SQL); including Python where appropriate.
• Champion partners’ product or process requirements and improvements, influencing Product and Engineering teams with data-based business cases.
Independently prioritize and influence broader organization to make progress on important product issues.
This includes recognizing opportunities and taking action to improve overall integration launch strategy.
• Build and continuously evolve your knowledge of Indeeds product offerings.
Become an expert in conveying both the value proposition and key technical integration components as a means to addressing partner issues and discovering opportunities for new partnership engagements.
Who You Are
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 7 years experience in a partner management, partner onboarding, account management, client success or similar partner-facing role with active, ongoing responsibility for client or partner relationship management, preferably with B2B technology partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exceptional interpersonal and partnership management skills, with the proven ability to influence and drive coalition across a variety of partners and Indeeds teams
– from technical and product to executive management.
• Demonstrable effectiveness in written and oral communication.
Ability to communicate clearly, articulately, and concisely with a variety of audiences from peers to senior leaders.
• Able to provide clear direction on decisions required and frames issues with appropriate context to speak to the audience’s point of view; capable of crafting a concise and compelling presentation and presenting to any audience.
Understand when, and to whom, communications are required; able to succinctly and convincingly articulate own point of view.
• Experience analyzing market, competitive landscape, and partner performance data to identify trends, synthesizing data into comprehensive reports.
Adept in making recommendations to internal and partner leadership for areas of partnership growth, improvement based on data analysis.
• Demonstrated history of complex project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects at once.
Tenacious drive for completion with ability to enforce deadlines, compliance, best practices; Ability to escalate to highest levels of organization in order to ensure high standards and timely completion.
• Experience creating, modeling, and negotiating revenue-based partnership incentives
• 3+ years working in HR Tech Industry
• 1-2 years using SQL or Python to write SQL queries
• 2+ years using spreadsheet software including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Data Visualization software such as Tableau
• International partner management experience highly desired
