– and this is where you come in.1.Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent road map that is required to achieve business goals2.Perform OneIT organizational needs analysis and develop performance improvement solutions focused on talent capabilities, processes, and engagement3.Drive ongoing learning needs analysis, design, scripting, development, implementation and evaluation of training materials to ensure alignment with business strategy4.Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development, Knowledge Silo Matrix (e.g., succession planning).5.Research and assist in the development of technical training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.6.Design and deliver, both in house and with expert third parties, solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, experiential learning, distance learning, video based and online learning.7.Assist in the creation of internal company career paths working alongside HR8.Conduct talent assessments and evaluate learning needs and required competencies to drive leadership development strategies, tools, and processes used to fill key skill gaps.9.Perform Learning Operations activities assisting with the creation and maintenance of course offerings within the Learning Management System, as well as running learning metric reportsAll Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company.Minimum Qualifications 5+ years relevant experience with Talent Management, Organizational Change Management, and/or Learning & DevelopmentPrior Talent and L&D experience within a large scale global IT organizationExperience in broader organizational change management and communications activitiesProven experience in the ADDIE or L&D related modelsExperienced with learning authoring tools (e.g.
