We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Manager of Training and Development
The Manager of Training is responsible for supporting Envision’s learning strategy development to support Envision’s 30,000 teammates in their continued learning. In this role, the Manager of Training will be responsible for managing Envision’s Leadership Training program in support of the goal to reach 25% of eligible leaders in 2022. The Manager of Training will also support the design and implementation of onboarding and new leader training programs to Envision’s clinical support teammates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Program Design
- Design high-impact leadership development program that provides development experience, mentorship by senior leaders, and training to empower future leadership
- Design team training program to strengthen communication and dynamics for both clinicians and clinical support
- Design and develop other targeted training
- Collaborate with other Envision leaders to ensure training programs meet organization needs
- Support design and launch of program focused on center administrators
- Support design of new clinical support teammate onboarding program
- Execute leadership development programs end-to-end; create clear program project plans, and manage execution and communication with stakeholders
- Program Management
- Coordinate training program logistics and speaker arrangements for Envision Leadership Training
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adoption
- Facilitation & Delivery
- Engage learners, facilitate dialogue, tell compelling stories, and deliver a variety of content both in a classroom and virtual setting
- Support Envision Leadership Training workshops across the country
- Change Management & Communication
- Leverage change management methodologies to ensure enterprise program adoption
- Utilize metrics to report out on program adoption and success

Qualifications

- Proven ability to design, launch and scale leadership development programs
- Driven to gain operational understanding so they can more effectively design impactful learning programs
- Ability to create strong, strategic business relationships
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to manage multiple complex projects
- Ability to work collaboratively cross diverse groups to ensure training programs meet organization goals and reflect needs of diverse workforce
- Focused on using metrics to drive continued program improvement
- Demonstrated interest in integrating DEI principles into training programs
Education/Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience designing and implementing training programs for large organizations
- Very strong instructional design experience
- Very strong knowledge of adult learning theory and current learning best practices
- Experience developing leadership content and/or curricula
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Kirkpatrick Model preferred
- Health care experience preferred
