Here at AHN, we are continually looking for ways to streamline our workflows for both our customers and our end users.
This person will help drive the coordination and solutioning for various initiatives ranging from patient movement to self scheduling optimizations and be specifically responsible for EPIC front-end modules(i.e.
ADT, Prelude, Grand Central, Cadence and HIM).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages the maintenance and support of production systems and the installation of new systems.

• Manages staff effectively to maximize high level of productivity.
Recruit, develop and retain staff; provide feedback and conduct staff performance evaluations; determine individual training plans and ensure overall competencies (technical proficiency); and, perform department managerial functions.
(40%)
• Manages operating budget and project-related expenditures.
(10%)
• Manages vendor relationships.
(5%)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
• BA/BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, or other related areas or equivalent education / job experience
• 5 years relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to concurrently manage multiple systems and projects
Preferred
• EPIC certified or experienced in one or more of the front-end modules
