GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute Crowley’s Alaska fuels integrated marketing campaigns, materials and assemble campaign and marketing reports for marketing and commercial leadership.

  • Conceptualize/execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle
  • Produce/distribute promotional messaging and products to the public via digital/traditional advertising, and social media.
  • Develop/coordinate Crowley’s presence at trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings.
  • Provide up-to-date content for use by lead generation, social media and on Crowley web properties.
  • Manage the coordination/execution of marketing and sales efforts through database marketing, reporting, proposals, and RFP packages.
  • Lead coordination of photography/video in partnership with creative services.
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction in partnership with creative services to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Partner with the digital marketing team to manage and execute paid digital campaigns.
  • Work in a collaborative manner with other marketing associates, contracted marketing agencies, business unit associates and leaders to provide strategic execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as an informed resource on Crowley communication efforts on large-scale projects and emergencies.
  • Execute business unit customer communications in coordination with customer experience and sales teams.
  • Assist in the execution of corporate brand strategy, identity, and standards.
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials, making sure all resources are consistent, accurate and current, while coordinating new material creation as needed and archiving outdated material.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple marketing projects.
  • Ensure Enterprise value of balancing speed, quality, and ROI in creation of ideas, initiatives, and products for internal customers.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of5 years of broad-based knowledge in marketing and communications; Proven experience developing marketing plans/campaigns.

Established press and media contacts a plus.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word .

Proficient with marketing automation and CRM tools (Hubspot/SalesForce).

Experience with Adobe Suite a plus.

COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ability to develop and implement a successful marketing plan/strategy.

Pro ficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team.

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.

Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.

Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives.

OTHER: Ability to travel up to 25%.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like.

Extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time.
