GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute Crowley’s Alaska fuels integrated marketing campaigns, materials and assemble campaign and marketing reports for marketing and commercial leadership.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of5 years of broad-based knowledge in marketing and communications; Proven experience developing marketing plans/campaigns.
Established press and media contacts a plus.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word .
Proficient with marketing automation and CRM tools (Hubspot/SalesForce).
Experience with Adobe Suite a plus.
COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop and implement a successful marketing plan/strategy.
Pro ficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives.
OTHER: Ability to travel up to 25%.
JOB SCOPE : Position impacts multiple business units/segments.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like.
Extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time.
