We are hiring for position of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Programs Proposal Lead.

The CLS Programs produce 30+ proposals annually, many being developed and negotiated concurrently over the course of the year, requiring significant coordination and planning of proposal-related activities.

The Proposal Lead is responsible for creating compliant, efficient, and timely proposals in accordance with policies and procedures and will execute proposal strategy and lead the proposal phases from pre-partnering with customer to proposal development & submission, through fact-finding, negotiation and TINA Sweep.

The proposal lead will also responsible for managing the Gate 4 reviews and may be required to present to program and product area leadership.

The successful candidate will interface with the CLS and XBR program management team and functional leadership and be responsible for coordinating and reviewing inputs to from RMD Engineering, Operations, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Estimating & Pricing, and Contracts, as well as other Raytheon Businesses (e.g.

RIS, GBS) and customer counterparts from MDA.

This position preferred location is Woburn, MA or within Greater Boston area with ability for telecommute.

Required Experience: * 8 years or more of professional experience in Estimating and Pricing, Program Integration Control and Coordination (PICC), Business Management and / or Program Management.

* Leadership experience on large proposals within a Corporate or large Enterprise work environment.

* Experience with Estimating & Pricing reports.

* Advanced knowledge/experience using Microsoft Excel or similar proposal management tools.

* Proposal negotiation experience.

* Experience in planning and controlling activities and resources to meet deadlines.

* Experience with (RFPs) Request for Proposal and creating compliance matrices.

* US Citizenship U.S.

Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S.

DoD Security Clearance within one year of start date.

Additional clearances may also be required from the Department of Defense (DoD) Desired Experience: * Strong analytical skills.

* Certified BOE developer.

* Background in developing cross-company or enterprise proposals (RMD, RIS, GBS, etc.).

* Proposal management experience in access of $100M.

* Experience on Sustainment Proposals or Sustainment Program Execution.

* EVMS Certified.

* PMX level 6 certified or ability to achieve in 6 months.

* Knowledge of International Supply Chain processes/procedures.

* Familiarity with Raytheon Export / Import (EX/IM) policies.

* Familiarity with AN/TPY-2 product line.

Required Education: BS/BA in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or other relevant discipline.
