KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:
Lead client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
Develop integrated project plans and work breakdown structure to harmonize work accross multiple teams conducting audits
Analyze and report on project progress, risks and challenges across all relevant teams
Support daily and weekly meeting with various teams to synthesize progress reports and update project plans with latest status
Develop standardized status reports, presentations and policy decision considerations as well as reviewing deliverables.

Provide statuses appropriately in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Develop and maintain onboarding artifacts and brief incoming personnel on program requirements
Oversee progress of program delivery, budget and risk management
Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal response
Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to change management or human resource consulting; U.S.

Federal government consulting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Certifications: PMP, CPA (A-123 or Audit-related experience preferred)
Experience leading business transformation projects including process improvement and change management
Deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
Ability to obtain a U.S.

Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S.citizenship
