KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Advisory Learning & Development to join our Learning & Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize operational outcomes and program learning experience through advanced analytics while balancing operational considerations and functional business strategies, including key performance indicators and attrition mitigation
  • Supervise deployment (learning program delivery) processes and operations inclusive of communications, registration, cataloging, CPE fulfillment/CPE compliance reporting and scheduling of live and virtual programing with continuous improvement
  • Play a key role in planning, monitoring, preparing and executing large learning program data and automation strategy and other technology enablement roadmaps including coordinating with stakeholders and across multiple learning & development teams
  • Engage with and serve as a go-to resource for guidance and service excellence for our professionals and for business stakeholders around planning, scheduling, course enrollments and attendance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of recent experience in professionals service or Learning & Development environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in data analytics and automation preferred
  • Excellent project management skills including ability to anticipate and address the concerns of the business, prioritize competing tasks, apply discretion and escalate risks appropriately
  • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate outcomes effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the learning lifecycle from intake through measurement preferred
