Responsibilities: Production Department oversight in the following areas: hire, train, manage inventory, fabrication, safety, purchasing, scheduling and tracking shipments and deliveries, sales, production, equipment maintenance.
Participate in projects and lean efforts to drive continual improvement.
Coordinate orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers Requirements: 5 years of Management and 8 years of Lumber (or similar) Manufacturing Industry experience working for a commercial/industrial materials manufacturer Prior hands-on experience with milling and hydraulic equipment.
