As a non-profit, we partner with our East Charlotte neighbors, and our CCRC neighbors across the country, to provide BEST POSSIBLE DAYS for our Elders, Families, and Honored Team Member Heroes.Helping/Leading/Guiding/Teamwork… Our LPN Supervisors for our Parker Terrace Assisted Living and Cuthbertson Village Memory Care are in charge of the activities of the assisted living unit for a specified period (i.e., a shift) under the direction of a registered nurse.

Responsible for participating in assessment, implementing, and documenting resident care as ordered by the physician.

Directs and oversees the functions of the CNAs and MedTechs.

Assists and supports the Clinical Care Manager and AL Care Coordinator.Here is what you get to do; Be part of the winning team!
