Job Description
FWF is a third-party logistics and transportation provider (3PL) headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI.
We are focused on providing full-service logistics solutions to our clients through industry-leading service and reliability.
As a 3PL, FWF has the unique ability to offer less than truckload (LTL) and full truckload (TL) shipping, intermodal, drayage, domestic and international ground/air freight services to our clients.
Advanced technology and innovation allow FWF to offer complete logistics solutions through three distinct service features:
Dedicated representatives
Automated TMS implementation
Managed freight teams

Responsibilities
Achieve high customer service standards with all company stakeholders
Execute elite communication to ensure all transportation needs are efficiently and effectively satisfied
Consult with FWF clients to administer highly effective transportation solutions
Meet deadlines and achieve goals as assigned
Develop sales strategies, techniques, and closing ability based on customers needs and market environment
Expand business relationships with assigned accounts through elite service, communication, and reliability
Remain highly detailed and organized through effective CRM use
Develop new internal efficiencies to help personal and company growth
Obtain new business through cold calling and online research
Responsible for day-to-day operations, including carrier compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date carrier records
Communicate with transportation companies to ensure all aspects of assigned delivery are completed
Maintain carrier information in the internal database, including location, equipment type, and availability

Compensation and Benefits:
50k Base Salary + Commissions after an initial 90-day training period
Full Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision after an initial 90-day training period
60k Base Salary + Commissions after the 180-day advanced training period
