The Loan Servicing Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the bank. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing the loan servicing department, loan file management functions, and providing loan support to both internal and external customers.
This position works with the bank’s software specialist and core processor to coordinate and implement relative software and system updates to maintain the bank’s loan servicing system, and provides support to lending staff to ensure the bank’s loan software and core processing systems are utilized efficiently and effectively.
This position is responsible to help the bank improve customer service through the development and streamlining of loan servicing procedures, improving use of technology, and working with the lending staff on overall workflow.
