The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes.
The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position will meet all state requirements for a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and will be currently licensed as an LNHA in the state of Ohio.
The individuals professional experience should include at least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.The position of Executive Director is a full time salaried position.
