What will you be doing?
Our organization is seeking a results-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and an ability to work independently to become a part of our team.
A Leasing Professional will be responsible for the retention and acquisition of all rental properties as well as the processing of rent payments and property management.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
You will become part of the elite ninja leasing team and will achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy through your leasing efforts.
You will know the property like the back of your hand as you provide reliable and friendly service to our customers by performing all responsibilities with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
As a smiling face in our property, you’ll make many friends as you market and maintain positive relations for the community.
This key sales role does require weekend work, and you will want to work them, as that’s where you will meet your goals and fill your wallet with commissions in addition to your base rate!
What will you be bringing to the table?
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leasing environment (condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, or garden style properties).
We strongly prefer previous position as a Leasing Associate, and we’ll of course train the right hungry future superstar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be a primary communicator for us as we work with new friends that will call us home.
Our leasing ninjas have strong organizational skills with exceptional focus on detail.
Proficient in computer software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software/Payroll Software
