Recent growth at American Capital Properties has opened up an Apartment Leasing Consultant position in one of our Baytown communities.
In this position, you are the first step in creating a sense of community for current and prospective residents.
Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and using their sales skills to convert property tours into leases.
General Job Duties
Answer the phones and maintain organized filing systems
Greet prospective residents and work with current residents to address questions/concerns and submit service requests
Tour the community and vacant apartment homes
Maintain knowledge of available units and floor plans
Oversee and ensure the accurate completion of application and lease paperwork
Requirements
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking candidates are highly preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Must have dependable transportation to and from work
Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
This is a growth opportunity for someone with energy and drive to see projects through to completion
